## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责游戏中的3D角色特效、场景特效的设计制作；
- 根据项目需求，完成高品质的特效；
- 能独立设计制作游戏角色身份个性所需的技能效果；
- 结合次世代制作技术与审美趋势来探索特效设计制作。 Requirements
- 大专以上学历，3年以上特效工作经验；
- 熟悉UE4及U3D游戏引擎及相关插件；
- 熟悉各类风格的游戏场景特效及技能特效；
- 能够编写Shader者优先；
- 能很好地实现效果，具有创新精神与主动学习的意识，团队意识强烈，沟通能力强，能很好的与团队其他成员合作；
- 有一定美术基础，热爱游戏行业，有责任心。
