## Job description

### 核心 Gameplay 开发
- 负责 UE5 项目局内模式玩法及核心模块（道具、技能、战斗、关卡流程等）的设计与开发；

### 玩法架构设计
- 负责局内玩法框架与规则系统的架构设计；
- 负责大地图玩法的客户端逻辑设计、加载与卸载策略调优及玩法结合落地；
- 客户端帧率/内存优化及玩家操作体验打磨。 Requirements
- 精通 C++，熟练掌握 UE5 核心架构与底层机制；
- 具备 UE4/UE5 多人在线游戏实际开发经验，有 FPS/TPS 多人竞技游戏局内 Gameplay 或大地图项目经验者优先；
- 熟悉客户端网络同步机制、地图流式加载（Streaming）与常用卡顿/内存调优手段；
- 具备良好的沟通协作能力与工程化思维，热爱游戏行业，对射击游戏有浓厚兴趣，自驱力强，注重细节与玩家体验。
