## Job description

### 多模态内容理解与违规识别
- 基于短视频内容，通过多模态大模型算法，识别如低俗色情，违法违规，谣言，虚假宣传等生态问题；

### 业务大模型研发与训练
- 基于短视频审核知识注入基础大模型，通过指令微调（SFT）、偏好对齐（RLHF/DPO）、训练具备精准识别垂类违规能力的业务大模型，持续提升机审决策率与准确率；

### 人机协同提效
- 通过大模型agent，违规内容提示，分层分级，智能路由等方式，用大模型辅助人审，全面提高人工审核效率和质量；

### 数据闭环与业务协同
- 与产品、运营等团队紧密协作，构建从数据标注到模型应用落地的完整闭环，驱动模型能力持续增强；

### 前沿技术探索
- 跟踪大模型（LLM/VLM）、多模态预训练模型、RAG、Agent等前沿技术进展，探索其在短视频生态治理的运用； 6.【该岗位接受广州，深圳两地办公】。 Requirements
- 计算机科学、人工智能、数学、统计学、信息安全等相关专业，本科及以上学历；
- 有内容安全、内容审核相关经验者优先；
- 扎实的机器学习/深度学习基础，熟练掌握PyTorch/TensorFlow等主流框架，具备从数据处理到模型训练、评估、部署的全流程实战能力；
- 熟悉大模型（LLM/VLM）相关技术栈，有LoRA/P-Tuning微调、Prompt Engineering、RAG、Agent等实践经验者优先；
- 具备良好的数据敏感度和问题定位能力，能够通过数据分析驱动模型优化方向；
- 良好的团队协作和沟通能力，有较强的自驱力和责任心，能适应快节奏的工作环境。
