## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责手游以及端游的各类型NPC，Bot，基于强化的拟人AI等AI的行为和表现开发；
- 开发，实现，以及优化AI相关的各种系统，包括但不限于感知，寻路，动作，同步等；
- 参与AI的行为与动作表现设计，与动作，策划团队紧密协作，使其符合品质要求；
- 调试并修复与AI相关的问题，对AI品质负责；
- 解决与优化AI的各项性能问题与系统瓶颈；
- 负责构建精确的AI数值分析体系，并持续迭代AI的投放效果。 Requirements

### 重点
- 热爱游戏，善于沟通，强自驱力，参与过或了解FPS类游戏AI；
- 具备2年以上Unreal Engine4或者5的开发经验；

### 精通C++/蓝图，熟练使用UE AI工具
- 行为树，AI感知等；
- 具备扎实的计算机系统知识。熟悉Linux系统，有良好的数据结构和算法基础。了解计算机网络；
- 具备良好的问题分析和解决能力，能全流程把握方案的设计，实现，测试，上线。
