## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 主导设计与搭建游戏数值框架与养成体系，保证游戏核心循环与长期运营；
- 主导设计经济系统，资源产出与消耗模型，并建立数值监控体系，确保玩家长线游玩动力；
- 主导设计关卡奖励、日常任务、活跃奖励等收益投放，保证数值驱动的正反馈；
- 参与战斗的数值设计，对技能、道具等数值强度和养成系统进行数值框架设计；
- 支持商业化模块的设计与投放配置。 Requirements 1.3年及以上游戏数值或系统策划经验，能独立设计数值模型与系统架构； 2.熟悉各种基础数值建模与成长曲线设计，具备完善的投放与回收思路； 3.丰富的游戏经验，对玩家的游玩体验具备良好的数据敏感度； 4.良好的沟通和跨部门协调能力； 5.对主流搜打撤品类有深入体验，单一产品体验时长不低于200小时。
