## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 建设应用于推荐领域的分布式训练系统，包括大规模稀疏动态 Embedding，数据并行、模型并行，预取、流水线优化等；
- 建设应用于推荐领域的推理系统，包括编译技术，缓存，低精度训推，负载均衡等；
- 与算法团队合作，支持前沿模型、算法的快速落地。 Requirements
- 计算机基础扎实，愿意深入探究复杂系统的底层细节；
- 具备一定的代码能力和品味，拥有独立思考的品质；
- 对推荐、大模型等神经网络相关系统有强烈的兴趣；
- 至少熟练掌握 Python / C++ 2 种编程语言，了解 Tensorflow、Pytorch 的基本运行原理。
