## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责3D特效团队品质拔高工作以及特效调性把控；
- 负责3D特效团队的管理工作，包括但是不限于团队工作分配/能力提升/人员培养等等；
- 负责多种用工模式下的产能爬坡规划工作，确保产品能顺利输出落地；
- 与美术团队、策划，程序、和TA紧密沟通合作，高效完成工作。 Requirements
- 有丰富的团队和项目管理经验，熟悉游戏研发流程，擅长产能规划；
- 具备较强的3D特效设计能力，氛围把控能力；
- 有良好的艺术审美能力，具备带领团队持续突破品质的能力和素质。
