## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责把关游戏立绘、插图、海报宣传图等的绘制质量；
- 负责搭建平面宣发的资源的生产管线，包括但不限于版本主KV，宣发海报，角色立绘及插画，平面向插画，三渲二修图等；
- 主导平面宣发风格梳理，持续探索更好的平面风格和效果以提高点击和用户转化率；
- 衔接研发-市场-外包的铁三角枢纽，关注舆情、对标竞品、用户反馈来反哺素材策略；
- 配合AI的使用，能提高产线的效率和质量达到项目宣发产能要求。 Requirements 1.5年以上相关工作经验，能独立完成游戏内容需求图，买量广告图、玩法配图、海报等游戏美宣素材绘制； 2.有较好的审美，深厚的美术功底和设计理念，对写实，幻想类风格有丰富的经验；懂IP美学、具备物理引擎下美术品质判断、能评估角色场景的视觉表现； 3.精通Photoshop，Illustrator等平面相关设计软件，同时有UE，blender等3D软件辅助创作的经验，有全流程创作能力； 4.逻辑清晰，具有较强的责任心、团队合作能力和沟通表达能力； 5.对游戏行业有热情，能够接受挑战，有较强的抗压能力；
- 熟悉rpg和MMO品类，对王者IP熟悉者优先。
