### Responsibilities
- 负责《部落冲突》在中国市场的整体运营规划，制定商业化和活跃运营策略，对产品核心指标负责；
- 负责《部落冲突》数据的监控、分析，能对版本、活动、商业化节点关键数据进行预估和归因，并提出对应策略；
- 紧密跟踪行业趋势，深度了解用户需求变化，结合数据迭代运营策略，推动策略升级；
- 负责运营团队的建设和管理，高效协同内外团队推动项目高质量落地。 Requirements
