## Job description

### Responsibilities

1.负责策划并推进企业在环境、社会及治理 (Environmental, Social and Governance, 简称ESG) 的整体绩效，覆盖调研，评级、年报和汇报相关工作； 2.

### 主要包括

深刻了解公司业务发展策略、对运营相关风险管理和合规要求，以及同行绩效水平，通过调研盘点后输出建议，供内部评估可行性； 收集对外披露信息和数据，部署推进外部机构评级工作； 系统性策划并制定专业报告，向董事会、法定机构传达公司在ESG领域的工作成效； 对外相关群体主动传播ESG领域的工作进展。 Requirements
- 对ESG 领域有专业的深度了解，有项目落地的实操经验，有problem solving的拼劲和担当。具体工作主要包括项目策划推进，ESG议题评估，同行对标，评级管理，鉴证支持，相关方关系维护等；
- 对关键议题抱有热情、执行力方面需要有极强的项目策划、沟通和跨部门协作能力；
- 能够利用事实和数据去组织论点成为主要信息，输出专业建议及文档， 以供内部外部参阅或审议；
- 有良好中英语沟通和书写能力；
- 做事细心，有耐心，有条理；制定目标后能够灵活调动自己，坚韧地朝向目标推进。
