## Job description

### 线索挖掘与开拓
- 通过外部生态合作、行业峰会、网络研究、合作伙伴推荐等多种渠道，主动识别和接触潜在广告主（重点：手游、App等类别客户）；

### 客户拜访与需求洞察
- 进行高质量的客户拜访（线上/线下），深入理解客户业务目标与广告需求，有效传递腾讯广告海外解决方案的价值主张；

### 销售提案与谈判
- 主导销售提案（Pitch）的制定与演示，管理销售谈判流程，直至完成合同签订与客户上线（Onboard）；

### 跨部门协同
- 与运营、产品、技术团队紧密协作，确保客户需求被准确理解并实现，解决客户上线初期的问题；

### 管道管理与报告
- 在CRM系统中规范管理销售线索与机会，定期汇报销售管道状态、预测及关键指标（如Leads to Close率、销售周期）；

### 腾讯内部生态合作
- 与腾讯内部其他出海部门建立合作，共享资源实现共赢。 Requirements 1.5年以上出海/海外效果广告（程序化广告优先）销售或业务拓展经验，有从0到1开拓客户的成功案例。熟悉游戏、电商或品牌出海行业者优先； 2.出色的沟通、谈判和演示能力。具备强大的自驱力和目标导向，能在不确定环境中独立工作； 3.深入理解效果广告、程序化购买、移动归因等概念。了解GDPR/CCPA等数据隐私法规者优先； 4.英语流利，可作为工作语言，掌握目标市场当地语言（如日语、韩语等）者优先。
