## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责王者荣耀IP衍生内容业务整体美术风格确定及核心设计，例如子IP“心动的王者”、潮流类音乐项目、高审美轻松向儿童动画类项目的风格确定，角色形象设计和插画绘制及监修；
- 在产品规划需求下，负责王者荣耀IP角色风格图库的开发；
- 负责王者荣耀IP衍生消费品（如谷子、联名奶茶、潮玩等）的角色设计、周边设计、插画绘制及监修。 Requirements
- 具备扎实的美术功底，对人体结构、透视关系、色彩色调、画面叙事有深入了解及准确掌握；有优秀的前期画面规划能力及后期深入打磨能力；能够独立输出高品质原画、插画；能根据游戏设定素材进行优秀的二次创作；
- 审美优秀、关注时尚文化和潮流动态，学习能力强，有创新精神；擅长塑造具有吸引力、感染力的角色设计、角色插图；
- 能够从用户角度出发，具有优秀的沟通能力，合作意识强，能够协调内外部团队共同协力完成项目；
- 对创作富有激情，喜爱游戏、动漫、影视等文娱作品；热爱同人创作者优先；
- 对二次元文化及相关人群用户市场有敏锐度者优先，对AI制图运用熟练者优先。
