## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责游戏美术表现功能的开发；
- 负责游戏美术表现模块的性能分析与优化；
- 负责游戏核心玩法模块的性能与优化；
- 负责网络模块的性能分析与优化。 Requirements
- 熟练掌握UE5渲染架构，能基于架构进行功能开发与问题排查；
- 熟练掌握UE5动画框架，可独立完成动画逻辑实现与调优；
- 熟练掌握DS开发模式，具备专用服务器相关开发调试能力；
- 具备UE5引擎实际项目开发经验，能快速适配项目工程规范；
- 能合理评估开发工作量，与策划和美术人员良好沟通并持续跟进性能与体验优化；
- 具备优秀的学习能力，善于跨团队沟通，且热爱游戏事业。
