## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责大模型生产平台的质量保障，对齐业务需求、场景边界与质量目标，执行功能、集成及上线验证，保障平台稳定可靠；
- 重点负责模型路由与数据标注平台的测试，覆盖核心功能链路、深度垂类场景及边界场景；
- 负责前后端自动化用例建设，提升用例覆盖率与回归效率；沉淀测试用例库与测试流程，推进测试自动化落地；
- 跟进线上质量问题，配合完成根因分析与改进闭环；
- 从产品界面与操作流程出发，输出合理的易用性优化建议。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业优先；
- 熟悉主流大模型接口协议（OpenAI/Anthropic 等），熟悉Trajectory、Tool Calling、Scaffold等Agent概念者优先；
- 具备扎实的平台测试经验，有模型 API 网关或数据标注平台测试经验者优先；
- 从0到1搭建过前后端自动化测试基建（如 pytest、Playwright/Cypress 等）；
- 细致严谨、责任心强，能主动识别边界场景与潜在质量风险，对问题有"较真"的闭环意识；
- 具备良好的沟通协作能力、学习能力与抗压能力。
