## Job description

### 渠道策略与规划
- 结合腾讯视频头部IP及游戏IP的衍生品业务目标，制定全渠道销售策略与年度拓展计划，搭建渠道分级管理体系；

### 渠道开拓与管理
- 开拓并维护线上线下核心销售渠道（电商平台、直播电商、潮玩集合店、连锁零售、院线/文旅等），负责商务谈判与渠道健康度评估。开拓东南亚、日韩等核心海外市场的衍生品销售渠道，对接当地经销商/代理商、跨境电商平台及线下零售终端，推动IP衍生品出海落地；

### 销售运营与目标管理
- 拆解销售目标至各渠道并制定激励方案，协同供应链管理备货与库存，维护终端价格体系与品牌调性；

### 市场洞察与竞品分析
- 追踪IP衍生品行业趋势与新兴渠道形态，对标头部品牌渠道打法，输出行业洞察；

### 跨团队协作
- 协同内容、IP运营、产品设计、市场等团队，根据内容排播节奏前置规划渠道上架与营销资源匹配，将渠道反馈传导至产品开发环节。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，5年以上衍生品/潮玩/文创/快消品渠道销售或渠道管理经验，其中至少2年独立负责某一品类或区域的渠道策略；
- 具备可验证的线上线下渠道资源与人脉网络，有从0到1搭建渠道体系经验者优先；
- 出色的商务谈判能力与商业敏感度，能独立完成大型渠道合同的条款设计与博弈；
- 数据驱动，熟练使用Excel等工具进行销售分析；对销售数字高度敏感，结果导向，能承受业绩压力；
- 对动漫、影视、游戏等泛二次元内容有真实热爱，理解粉丝消费心理与IP衍生品的特殊属性；
- 具备跨部门推动力与创业心态，适应互联网+内容行业的快节奏。
