## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责企业微信移动端/桌面端/web端等设计工作；
- 参与产品初期的构思讨论，分析需求与目标，输出完整的设计方案跟进并执行落地；
- 注重体验，持续推动产品优化体验与更新。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，2年及以上UI设计工作经验；
- 热爱设计，有良好的设计审美与创意表现；注重细节，对各端设计规范和原则有一定的理解；
- 有良好的逻辑能力，能够应用相关交互设计方法对设计方案有合理的推导，并能有效的进行验证；
- 自驱、有创作激情、创新欲望和责任感；有团队精神。
