## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责创新研发基地的运营管理工作；
- 负责项目的进度管理、资源协调，确保项目团队的各个干系人协同工作，达成项目及团队的目标；
- 负责项目管理过程中的知识沉淀，总结并优化项目的管理流程，持续提升管理效率。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上综合项目管理或运营管理的工作经验；
- 拥有优秀的抗压能力与执行力，具备卓越的跨团队沟通协调能力、风险识别能力及问题解决能力，具备高度的主人翁意识和团队合作精神，能在挑战中积极寻求合作与突破；
- 持有PMP、IPMP或相关项目管理专业资质认证者优先考虑。
