## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 参与微信后台核心系统相关功能的开发与架构演进，涵盖消息系统、社交资料等核心业务，积极探索融合AI编码能力，打造高可维护、高效率的研发支撑环境；
- 参与AI能力在业务场景的实际落地；
- 与产品、客户端等多团队紧密协作，支撑大规模用户的各类业务需求快速迭代与优化。 Requirements
- 熟悉至少一门主流编译型语言，具备扎实的编程基础，C++优先；
- 有1年及以上后端或服务端开发经验，有高并发/高可用/大规模分布式系统开发背景优先；
- 熟悉消息队列、KV存储、数据同步等后台基础组件者优先；
- 对AI Agent、LLM应用架构有了解或实践经验者优先；
- 有OI、ACM-ICPC等算法竞赛经历或系统性工程攻坚能力突出者优先；
- 热爱技术，乐于钻研、乐于分享，具备良好的团队协作精神与主动思考能力。
