## Job description

### 数据中心基础设施线上化运营
- 负责数据中心设施线上化安全高效运营，分析数据中心基础设施指标，监督设施线上化运营质量，通过线上化运营数据及结果，提升整体运营水平，降低数据中心运营风险；

### 线上化平台规划与建设
- 规划和建设数据中心设施平台，持续优化和迭代平台功能，不断提升设施线上化平台可靠性与可用性，推动自动化与智能化能力的拓展和应用；

### 运营质量管理
- 搭建数据中心运营质量体系，并推动运营质量的线上量化管理，提升全量数据中心运营质量。 Requirements

### 教育与专业背景
- 本科及以上学历，电气工程、自动化、暖通空调、能源动力或相关专业；

### 工作经验
- 3年以上数据中心运营经验，熟悉数据中心架构，深度参与大型数据中心运营管理工作；

### 技术能力
- 熟悉大型数据中心运营体系规范要求，精通数据中心运维管理工作；

### 个人素质
- 具备优秀的沟通能力，善于跨团队协作，能在复杂环境下高效解决问题；

### 优先考虑条件
- 具有线上化开发能力，有大规模、多数据中心集中运营经验工作背景者优先。
