## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责微信小店带货治理相关工作；
- 建设相对应的识别能力、处罚流程等治理基建能力；
- 针对新问题进行研究并制定规则及采取治理措施，并为治理效果负责。 Requirements

### 学历背景
- 本科及以上学历，专业不限，具备电商治理相关经验者优先考虑；

### 专业能力
- 具备较强的数据分析能力，熟练掌握各类数据分析方法，能够运用SQL等数据分析工具；

### 沟通协作
- 具备跨团队沟通协调能力，能够高效对接各合作方，推动治理策略落地；

### 综合素养
- 具备良好的抗压能力和高效的问题解决能力，自驱力强，责任心强。
