## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责腾讯云生态运营与管理部相关渠道政策制定；
- 政策运营，通过数据分析、业务访谈、市场调研等多种手段，就生态发展中的关键议题（如渠道效能、伙伴分层运营、激励策略优化等），开展深度数据分析，产出可落地的策略建议，并推动闭环；
- 输出政策损益测算，支持业务政策制定。 Requirements 1.本科及以上学历，统计学、数学、计算机科学、经济学、商业分析等相关专业； 2.3年以上互联网、云计算、AI或SaaS相关行业的数据分析/商业分析经验，有TO B或生态/渠道数据分析经验者优先，具备一线业务实战经验优先； 3.熟练使用一种或多种AI工具，对数据敏感，具备优秀的逻辑分析、结构化思维能力，能独立完成从数据提取、分析到报告呈现的全过程； 4.英语流利，国际化业务经验者优先。
