## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责面向行业客户的智能体设计、构建与交付，基于大模型完成知识库、工作流、工具调用等能力的搭建，推动智能体在客户生产环境中稳定落地；
- 深入客户一线，与交付团队紧密协同，从真实业务场景中发现和定义值得研究的问题，以客户业务指标而非单纯的公开榜单衡量效果；
- 建设面向真实业务的行业评测体系，持续跟踪和评估业界新模型、新方法，为模型选型和优化提供依据；
- 与腾讯云智能体开发平台等产品团队协同，将智能体方案、训练方法和行业模型沉淀为可复用的产品能力；
- 基于主流开源模型，开展面向行业场景的中期训练、指令微调与强化学习，提升模型在行业任务和智能体场景中的表现；
- 输出技术报告、专利或论文，形成团队在行业大模型方向的技术影响力。 Requirements
- 硕士及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、数学等相关专业；
- 熟悉 Transformer 和大模型训练原理，了解 SFT、LoRA、DPO、RLHF 等主流后训练方法；
- 熟练使用 Python 和 PyTorch，有实际动手训练或微调大模型的经历（科研、实习、个人项目均可）；
- 对大模型技术有热情，能快速阅读论文并动手复现，有较强的自驱力和解决问题能力；
- 愿意理解客户业务，善于从真实场景中发现值得研究的问题。
