## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责企业微信产品核心业务数据的分析与监控，搭建并维护关键数据指标体系；
- 通过对复杂多维数据的深度挖掘，建立业务增长的归因模型，为产品演进提供具备数理支撑的科学建议；
- 利用机器学习模型（如流失预警、用户画像分群、LTV 预测）提升 B 端客户的留存与生命周期价值。 Requirements 1.3 年以上数据科学相关经验，有 SaaS 或大型互联网平台策略分析经验者佳； 2.熟练掌握 SQL，熟悉 Python 或 R，了解常用 BI 工具； 3.具备严谨的统计学基础，熟悉常用机器学习算法及适用场景，能够独立完成从问题定义、特征工程、模型训练到效果评估的闭环。
