## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 主导 AIGC 短片项目全流程，包括剧本/分镜梳理、美术风格设定、图像/视频生成、节奏剪辑、动效整合、配音配乐与成片输出；
- 灵活使用多模态AI工具，高效推进多镜头素材生成、风格一致性控制及情绪节奏表达；
- 与编剧、产品、技术等角色协同合作，确保创意方案的落地与视听品质；
- 跟踪内容创作与模型应用趋势，持续优化创作流程与工具调度策略。 Requirements
- 熟悉叙事结构、镜头语言、画面节奏与音画表达，具备较强的视觉构思与视听整合能力；
- 有具名创作经验，参与或主导过AI短片、动画、MV、广告等生成式AI为主的作品，有完整视频作品可展示（简历请附带作品视频或链接）；

### 掌握以下关键工具与能力
- 日常熟练使用大语言模型，了解国内外一线主流模型脾气，熟练掌握提示词调优技巧；图像生成：Midjourney、Stable Diffusion（含 ComfyUI 工作流及 ControlNet、LoRA、Flux、Kontext 等控图模块），可控风格与系列生成能力；视频生成：熟练Runway、Veo3、可灵、即梦、Pika等图生视频模型及工具；图像处理：熟悉 Photoshop 等图像处理工具，具备图像处理、细节修饰与风格微调能力；剪辑与动效：熟悉Premiere、After Effects 等工具，熟练剪辑、镜头调度与动效节奏能力；音频与配乐：了解 Suno、Udio 等 AI 音乐工具，能进行音画融合与情绪控制；熟悉 Blender、Unreal Engine 等三维工具，具备虚拟场景搭建、镜头调度、角色动画等能力，以及了解动作捕捉、预演工具（如Move.AI、Mixamo、ShotPro等）为加分项；
- 有动画美术基础者，或具备 AIGC内容创作传播影响力或知名赛事获奖经历者为加分项。
