## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 结合游戏版本、赛事节奏及用户生命周期，制定长线的活跃运营规划，达成游戏活跃目标；
- 主导运营活动的策划与执行，制定符合用户需求、赛事体验的活动；
- 关注《王者荣耀》、KPL赛事用户的变化趋势，及时捕捉用户需求变化，产出符合用户需求的活跃内容；
- 以数据为导向，持续分析活跃举措的效果，并优化迭代活跃策略。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，拥有长生命周期大DAU游戏活跃运营相关经验者优先；
- 熟悉王者荣耀及其他主流电竞赛事体系，对游戏社区、战队、选手动态有深入了解；
- 能够在多团队合作的环境中推进项目落地，有强烈的好奇心，有较强的逻辑思维能力，团队协作能力及跨部门推动力；
- 熟悉数据分析工具，具备数据驱动运营的思维和方法，能够基于活动数据进行结论分析，洞察、优化。
