## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 搭建短剧 App 商业化体系（从 0 到 1 或迭代），设计 IAA 广告 变现模式，对商业化收入、ARPU 负责；
- 设计变现场景与定价；
- 统筹广告平台接入与调优（穿山甲 / 优量汇 / 快手联盟等），优化广告位、展示频次、eCPM 与填充率；
- 建立商业化数据看板与 AB 实验机制，围绕 ARPU、LTV、付费率、ROI 持续迭代；
- 与推荐算法团队协作，设计商业化与内容分发的协同机制，避免变现伤害留存与观看时长；
- 联动增长团队建立「买量—变现」回本模型，输出 ROI 测算与预算建议；
- 持续跟踪竞品商业化策略，输出对标分析与迭代方案。 Requirements
- 本科及以上，3 年以上互联网产品经验，其中 1–2 年以上内容/工具/游戏类 App 商业化经验；
- 完整参与过一个 App 变现体系的设计与上线，能说清自己负责的模块和对应数据结果，有过管理经验优先；
- 熟悉 IAA / IAP 变现模型，理解 eCPM、ARPU、LTV、ROI、付费率、留存之间的联动关系；
- 熟练使用 SQL 与常见分析工具，能独立取数、做归因与 AB 实验复盘；

### 商业敏感度
- 算得清「一单位流量值多少钱」，敢在收入与体验之间做取舍；

### 用户洞察
- 理解内容消费心理与付费决策链路，懂爽点、卡点等设计；

### 数据驱动
- 用实验和数据说话，不拍脑袋；

### 推动力
- 能撬动算法、运营、研发多团队落地；

### 自驱抗压
- 商业化指标硬、见效慢，需要长期打磨。
