## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 结合公司全球化布局，参与全球转让定价方案的设计与落地，进行跨境交易设计、价值链分析、无形资产估值及转让定价模型构建，优化集团税务成本并满足合规要求；
- 负责全球跨境关联交易定价政策的制定、转让定价同期资料的编制；
- 开展全球转让定价涉税风险管理，并提出建设性意见；
- 应对税务机关转让定价问询、调查，解决税务争议。 Requirements
- 本科（含）以上学历，要求英语可作为工作语言；
- 拥有8年以上转让定价业务相关工作经验、且曾在四大会计师事务所和大型跨国集团企业工作；
- 具有良好的沟通能力、解决复杂问题的能力，能够对快速变化的全球转让定价法规和公司业务有快速学习和适应力。
