## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责混元大模型从研发到生产所需的硬件需求和使用规划，作为业务需求团队核心 Owner，推动基础设施资源前瞻布局、需求转化与问题闭环；

### 基础设施资源前置规划
- 负责 GPU、CPU、内存、带宽、存储等资源规划，提前半年至一年进行硬件筹备与布局，避免资源瓶颈影响业务；

### 业务需求到基础设施指标转化
- 深入理解预训练、后训练、数据打标等场景对算力、内存、带宽、存储的要求，准确抽象为基础设施指标并推动落地；

### 现有资源分配与利用优化
- 解决带宽不足、专线缺失、内存瓶颈、CPU 算力不足等问题，提出技术方案并推动解决，持续提升资源使用效率；

### 机房建设与底层方案评审
- 参与机房建设、带宽规划、存储方案、服务器选型等设计与评审，并与运管团队对齐底层硬件需求；

### 跨团队拉通与机制建设
- 建立业务需求到基础设施指标的转化机制，减少沟通断层，确保需求准确传递并推动复杂问题闭环。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，计算机、通信、电子、网络工程等相关专业，3 年以上大规模云基础设施、自建机房或基础设施资源管理经验；
- 具备扎实的基础设施底层知识，熟悉机房、网络带宽、存储、服务器（CPU/GPU/内存），能独立解决带宽不足、专线缺失、内存瓶颈等问题；
- 理解大模型业务需求，熟悉预训练、后训练、数据打标等场景对 GPU、CPU、内存、带宽、存储的具体要求，有服务大模型训练经验者优先；
- 具备优秀的跨团队沟通与协调能力，能作为核心 Owner 拉通业务团队与运管团队，推动复杂问题闭环；
- 具备较强的技术抽象与规划能力，能提前识别资源瓶颈并制定前瞻性方案，有大规模云资源调度、自建机房或大型存储团队经验者优先；
- 责任心强，项目推进能力好，能与 PM 高效协作，在团队规模精简的情况下独立承担核心工作。
