## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责互动内容相关客户端模块和生产工具的设计、开发与持续优化；
- 参与轻量游戏技术方案、核心模块架构及可复用组件建设；
- 负责游戏资产接入、运行时配置、预览调试、测试与构建等工程能力；
- 持续优化移动端加载速度、帧率、内存、包体及兼容性；
- 参与工具链与客户端运行环境的接口设计，提升内容生产和工程交付效率；
- 与产品、策划、美术、技术美术和 AI 工程团队协作，推动复杂需求稳定落地。 Requirements 1.3 年以上游戏研发经验，有完整游戏、小游戏、H5 游戏或互动内容从开发到上线的核心参与或主导经验； 2.熟练掌握 Cocos Creator、TypeScript / JavaScript 与 Web 游戏开发，能够独立完成复杂模块和运行时框架设计； 3.熟悉游戏客户端常用机制，包括状态机、动画系统、资源管理、事件系统、界面系统、音频、输入与数据配置； 4.熟悉移动端 WebGL 的性能、兼容性、加载速度、内存与包体优化，具备复杂问题定位和工程治理能力； 5.具备较强的架构思维，能够在既有系统中定义模块边界、抽象可复用能力，并独立推动一条链路从方案到交付； 6.具备良好的产品与协作意识，能够将专业需求转化为清晰、可执行的工程方案和验收标准。
