## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责腾讯营销MLG（Marketing-Led Growth）关键场景的产品建设与用户增长；
- 负责腾讯营销官网腾讯营销平台的构建，将官网从信息展示中心转型为客户增长中心，负责官网整体策略制定、前端需求梳理、交互设计、用户旅程规划等；
- 多触点链路编排，设计从官号、广告、培训、活动等到官网的跨触点转化路径；
- 构建全链路数据追踪系统，建立从初次触达到建联再到开户的归因模型，让市场投入的增长成果能清晰可见；
- 管理产研资源，驱动研发团队高效落地产品构想，确保技术实现与业务目标高度一致。 Requirements

### 全日制本科，5年以上行业经验，业务洞察与用户同理心
- 能够读懂商家的生存痛点，能设计贴合于用户需求的产品用户旅程；

### 硬核的数据思维
- 具备极强的逻辑拆解能力，能够从复杂的漏斗中找到增长的胜负手；

### 产研驾驭力
- 懂产品更懂实现。有能力推动研发团队攻坚，能够平衡技术实现成本与业务产出价值，有成功的平台型产品落地经验；

### 心态开放，拥抱 AI
- 对AI等前沿技术在增长领域的应用有强烈的好奇心和实战欲望；
- 有 AI产品经验、B2B 增长经验、对电商生态有深度理解者优先；有成功推动过跨部门大型数字化转型项目经历者优先。
