## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 根据联盟发展目标，结合各体育赛事经验，制定联盟新一代青训生态方案；
- 负责与俱乐部及选手沟通、共建，推进搭建青训生态体系落地；
- 共同推进其他联盟日常运营专项。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，具备传统体育赛事工作经验及电竞赛事经验优先；
- 热爱电竞行业，对各大体育联盟、电竞联盟运营有深度研究和思考；
- 具备较强的沟通、统筹能力，具备高度主人翁意识，可高效推动跨团队协作。
