## Job description

### Responsibilities
- AI C端产品深度研究与策略输出；

### 行业与竞品洞察
- 专注于 GenAI（生成式AI）及 C 端应用赛道，深度拆解国内外头部及新兴 AI 产品（如AI Agent、AI 生产力工具等）。不仅限于功能对比，需深入分析其技术落地场景、商业化变现路径及用户增长策略，为产品迭代提供前瞻性建议；

### 用户需求与场景挖掘
- 独立主导针对 AI 产品用户的定性/定量研究。洞察用户在 AI 交互中的痛点、爽点及潜在需求，探索 AI 的原生应用场景，协助产品经理定义产品 MVP 及长期路线图、品牌经理挖掘营销沟通机会点；
- AI 赋能市场研究；

### 研究范式创新
- 积极探索并落地 AI 工具在市场研究全流程中的应用。包括但不限于使用 LLM 进行海量用户评论的语义分析、利用 AI 辅助设计问卷/访谈大纲、搭建 AI 数字用户（AI Persona）进行预研；

### 数据资产智能化
- 搭建并维护竞品与行业数据库，利用自动化工具实现信息的自动抓取与清洗，提升信息获取的实效性与颗粒度；
- 商业分析与决策支持；

### 闭环落地
- 能够独立负责从“需求定义-研究执行-报告撰写-落地跟进”的全链路。输出高质量的分析报告，不仅呈现数据，更要提供可落地的战术建议；

### 跨团队协同
- 与市场、产品、运营、算法团队紧密合作，将研究结论转化为具体的产品功能优化点或营销策略，推动业务指标增长。 Requirements
- 学历与经验；

### 学历背景
- 统招本科及以上学历，硕士优先；

### 工作年限
- 硕士毕业 3 年以上 / 本科毕业 5 年以上；

### 行业背景
- 必须具备互联网头部大厂、知名咨询公司/市场调研公司或 AI产品的市场研究/用户研究/战略分析经验。有AI 产品研究或B端&C端产品迭代经验者优先；
- 专业能力；

### 逻辑与洞察
- 具备极强的商业敏锐度与逻辑思维能力，能透过现象看本质，不堆砌数据，能讲清楚商业逻辑与用户心理；

### 熟练各种方法论
- 精通各类定性（深访、座谈会、可用性测试）与定量（问卷设计、统计分析）研究方法，并能根据业务阶段灵活组合；
- AI 亲和力与技能；

### AI 重度用户
- 是各类 AI 工具（ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Perplexity 等）的日常高频使用者，对 Prompt Engineering（提示词工程）有深入理解；

### 技术理解力
- 理解 LLM 的基本原理与边界，能与技术团队同频对话，评估技术落地的可行性。
