## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责《狩》项目的商业化皮肤宣传CG以及PV的导演工作，融合商业与艺术，打造高质量视频，凸显游戏特色与皮肤亮点；
- 依游戏活动、皮肤主题等需求，设计精彩故事或创意视觉表达，转化为文字剧本和视觉分镜，为制作提供清晰指引；
- 与项目组内同事紧密配合，和外部制作团队高效沟通对接，共同推进视频创作，保障项目按时高质量完成。 Requirements
- 有5年以上游戏类CG动画片/PV编导经验，对CG全流程制作有较深的理解；
- 优秀的审美，对叙事、色彩构图光影、情绪节奏、音乐有把握和鉴别能力；
- 熟练掌握市面上各类 AI 应用，密切追踪 AI 技术的快速更新迭代，始终立足 AI 领域前沿，及时掌握最新的 AI 功能与行业资讯；
- 以导演的身份独立或与团队合作设计制作完成过完整的宣传片、预告片、广告、剧情类视频或动画短片，对画面整体视觉及节奏效果的把握和控制有个人独特的想法和认识；
- 具备较好的团队合作精神，具备抗压能力与良好的沟通能力，可统筹多线并行的开发节奏。
