## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 从游戏、内容、社交、创作者经济、AI、全球娱乐生态中持续捕捉信号；结合天美的产品能力、玩家特征、技术资产等内在能力，定义和评估值得深入探索的机会命题；
- 围绕高潜力机会点完成从用户洞察、商业模式、产品形态、核心机制等维度的系统设计，评估潜力方向价值，形成能支撑资源决策的业务方案和路线图；

### 针对关键假设设计轻量、快速、可复盘的验证路径
- 通过原型开发、合作试点、内部孵化、市场小规模验证等路径，推动天美内部决策；
- 与业务负责人、创作者、开发者、内容/IP 方等生态参与者持续交流，识别天美可复用的内部能力与外部生态的真实需求；将分散的需求、资源与动机连接为可验证的平台型或生态型机会；
- 建立可复用的生态地图、机会评估框架、试验方法等；推动内部识别新的洞察方向。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，具备优秀的英文工作语言能力；
- 五年以上头部互联网 / 游戏公司战略岗、商业分析岗、行业研究岗经验或游戏研发/运营/商业化相关经验；
- 具备极强的结构化思维、商业洞察力与数据敏感度，能独立主导复杂课题研究并输出高质量的研究报告；
- 对至少一个重点游戏品类有持续、系统的体验与研究；
- 能够熟练运用 AI 提升行业研究、产品拆解、信息处理、方案推演与验证效率；
- 热爱游戏且极度自驱，持续学习前沿先进技术和方向。
