## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责输出3D物件及高品质3D场景整合，搭建；
- 负责游戏内场景表现跟进；
- 负责游戏项目内资源管理；
- 对产品美术品质负责；
- 输出3D场景，地编美术规范；
- 负责灯光搭建，气氛渲染，后期优化，性能提升。 Requirements
- 专科及以上学历，3年及以上游戏美术工作经验；
- 有敏锐的色彩感觉和较强的审美能力，有扎实美术基础，具备手绘和次时代制作能力；
- 有完整的3D项目经验和开发经验，沟通能力好；
- 有完整UE项目经验者优先；
- 有外包跟进的经验；
- 熟练运用相关制作软件，非常了解ACG领域，并对业界新风格始终保持敏感。
