## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 参与前瞻性设计讨论，根据项目需求配合团队完成主视觉和宣传美宣的设计工作；
- 高审美有创意会AI等前沿工具的候选人优先，可独立完成创意设计提案，为项目的演绎内容绘制分镜和氛围稿；
- 协助推进外部设计资源，跟进并把控外包设计的品质效果。 Requirements
- 美术设计相关专业，有较强的2d能力和3d渲染能力，对画面构图，氛围又敏锐的把握；
- 有广阔的视野与渠道，对最前沿的设计和创意有明锐的洞察，会用好工具和技术例如AI对所负责模块赋能；
- 有原创能力，能够独立思考有判断力，能够不断追求极致的画面效果，并把自己的想法视觉创意通过更好的流程高效执行出来。
