## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责腾讯视频AIGC内容制作范式重塑,搭建具备行业竞争力的内容制作领域Agent 架构、技术底座与交付机制，支撑业务agent持续创新与规模化落地；
- 主导腾讯视频影视、动画、漫剧等内容生产链路Agent技术规划与体系建设，深入理解行业场景与业务诉求，持续提升业务价值；
- 建设高可用、可演进的工程体系，统筹知识库底座、模型能力、任务规划、记忆机制、评估体系、服务治理等关键模块，持续优化系统产品质量及成本结构；
- 推动前沿 AI 技术在业务中的落地转化，结合大模型、Multi-Agent、多模态交互等方向，形成面向内容制作场景下的技术突破与产品创新。 Requirements
- 具备丰富的垂直领域AI复杂研发经验，有大型复杂系统架构设计经验，能够同时驾驭技术深度、组织复杂度与业务结果；
- 对AI Agent体系有系统性认知与实践，熟悉 LLM/Agent//Planning/Memory 等，了解内容多模态应用等关键技术，有较强技术判断力者优先；
- 具备突出的业务 sense 和协同推动能力，能够快速完成业务目标对齐和资源共识，推动技术能力向业务价值转化；
- 对AI前沿技术有强烈热情与进取心，保持持续学习和快速迭代能力，愿意带领团队面不断向高目标持续突破。
