## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责写实方向的原创角色战斗技能设计与动画制作；
- 与策划，原画，特效等上下游环节一起进行角色的设计讨论与脑暴，输出角色动画表现创意；
- 与策划配合，进行高品质战斗动画手感联调；
- 善于工作沟通与协调,能在生产管线以及特性组中覆盖更多边界工作；
- 熟悉外包流程,把控外包制作的动画品质并负责最终入版效果。 Requirements
- 三年以上游戏动画制作经验,有动作游戏开发经验者优先；
- 精通MAYA/3DS MAX 等DDC软件的动画制作；
- 熟悉动作游戏的战斗机制与表现机制；
- 喜爱格斗,动作品类游戏，并对此类游戏有深入研究者优先。
