## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责游戏角色、怪物、武器、商业化时装等高品质概念设计；
- 与设计团队密切合作，定义角色美术方向，输出高质量的设计并把控角色设计的一致性；
- 与上下游以及内外部合作团队紧密协作，保持高效的设计沟通与反馈，激发创意。 Requirements 1.5年以上游戏角色概念设计经验，具备扎实的造型能力，能精准表现人体动态结构、怪物生物结构及装备细节； 2.对各种美术风格有敏锐判断力和分析能力，能够针对项目风格作出有辨识度的角色设计和设计理念呈现； 3.有完整动作类/ARPG游戏项目经验优先；对暗黑奇幻、史诗神话等题材有深入理解和设计经验者优先；
- 对游戏富有激情，热爱游戏，关注玩家。
