## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 基于产品特征及核心用户诉求，输出活跃运营相关产品能力的规划，并跟进落地；
- 基于节点目标，设计面向分层用户的活跃调控方案，推动落地并跟进效果持续迭代；
- 整合各模块资源，包括但不限于市场、社区、渠道等，综合提升产品口碑和运营数据；
- 牵头制定产品运营日历，并持续关注主要竞品运营情况，跟进竞品防御方案。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，3年及以上游戏活跃运营相关工作经验；
- 具备系统设计和活动设计能力，独立主导落地过活跃相关的系统或活动；
- 有良好的团队合作精神，擅长跨团队/跨部门沟通协作，学习和应变能力强；
- 具备射击或RPG手游，从筹备到上线的完整活跃运营工作经验者优先；
- 热爱FPS游戏，对主流射击游戏有深入体验和了解者优先；

### 加分项
- 热爱逆战，对逆战IP用户有较好理解。
