## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责游戏画面渲染品质提升、Shader编写并协同程序和美术进行效果落地；
- 与图形开发团队紧密协作，负责场景、光照、特效、材质等渲染表现提升落地；
- 提供技术支持和问题解决，协助美术和开发团队高效完成工作；
- 编写并维护技术文档，向美术团队推广新工具和最佳实践，提升团队整体技术水平。 Requirements
- 计算机相关专业优先，至少5年以上游戏项目经验，有3A项目经历优先；
- 精通色彩和物理灯光相关知识，精通PBR理论，能够实现高度逼真的光影及材质渲染效果；
- 具备扎实的图形学基础和高等数学知识，能够解决复杂的渲染问题；
- 熟练掌握UE5引擎，深入了解如Lumen全局光照、Nanite、虚拟纹理等特性；
- 熟练掌握GLSL, HLSL等至少一门Shader编程语言，能够编写高效可维护的Shader代码；
- 有写实风格相关项目经验优先，能够把握写实风格的游戏画面特点；
- 具备良好的书面和口头沟通能力，能够清晰表达技术问题和解决方案；
- 自驱力强，有较强意愿在技术美术领域持续探索，能够主动学习与研究新技术。
