## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责所属部门商机挖掘的工作，对商机数量、质量、转化效率等指标负责；
- 结合云计算To B业务特点、中小企业客户特征，建立并优化客户画像指标体系；
- 整合和拉通内外部多方数据，以及交易过程数据，进行线索、商机挖掘和清洗；
- 提供用户与场景交叉数据支持，产出有效策略，制定并优化销售干预管理的策略。 Requirements 1.3年以上相关工作经验，本科及以上学历，数学、统计学相关专业； 2.具备结构化系统性数据业务思维，有业务数据运营、客户画像、销售策略制定经验； 3.精通SQL/Excel/Python/R等工具，做事认真细心，学习能力强，自驱力强，具备良好的跨部门沟通及协作能力； 4.能快速学习 AI 办公产品，熟悉WorkBuddy；
