## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责游戏角色服装、枪械及武器外观原画设计；
- 对接策划需求，梳理内容并规划设计产出；
- 分析竞品，提供差异化、有辨识度的设计创意；
- 优化跨组协作流程，提升美术研发效率。 Requirements 1.2年以上写实游戏角色设计经验； 2.熟练使用 AIGC 工具提升设计效率与品质； 3.有射击游戏研发经验或爱好者优先； 4.沟通协作良好，能承受工作压力。
