## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 设计在高度创新的深度 AI 化的大型游戏中的自由交互体验；
- 将体验落地于系统设计、 NPC 行为、算法能力和程序功能中；
- 与其他策划、算法、技术、美术各工种将上述系统、 NPC 行为、程序功能落地并整合，达成体验目标；
- 实际制作示例性标杆内容以树立铺量标准。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，大型RPG/MMORPG/UGC相关游戏策划经历不少于 3 年；
- 有完整大型项目上线经验；
- 对玩家体验高度敏感，对设计玩家体验有激情；
- 对 AI 应用于游戏体验有热情，有丰富的 AI 工具使用经验和对 AI 的理解；
- 具备极强的目标达成决心和出色的沟通协调能力，能有效推动多工种协作，解决复杂问题。
