## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责分布式存储系统（分布式文件/对象/块存储）测试及测试开发工作；
- 能够完成测试对象分析、测试策略与用例设计、测试程序与工具开发，并进行缺陷跟踪和软件质量分析；
- 负责存储系统性能剖析与可靠性测试，开展全链路瓶颈定位及异常场景验证，推动研发闭环；
- 保证被测系统的质量，并通过测试流程、方法和工具创新，持续提升研发的质量与效率；
- 开展业界主流存储产品对标测试，为产品竞争力评估提供数据支撑。 Requirements 1.本科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业； 2.2年以上系统测试或测试开发经验，熟悉软件测试流程和规范； 3.熟悉 C/C++ 编程语言，熟悉 Linux/Unix 系统，具备 shell/python 脚本编程能力，有测试工具或测试平台开发经验； 4.深入理解 Linux I/O 栈与文件系统（ext4/XFS）原理，熟悉存储系统的架构与实现，具有分布式存储、文件系统或底层软件测试经验优先； 5.具有较强的逻辑分析与学习能力，良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，具备自驱力与跨团队推动能力。
