## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责港澳台&韩国等核心市场的营销工作，参与三方发行营销策略制定，并积极推进发行协作落地；
- 结合区域垂类用户特征 与 产品内核卖点，并能基于用户反馈与在地洞察制定区域策略、传播创意和执行方案，合理运用市场手段扩大传播效应（包括但不限于PR/KOL/内容生态/营销事件等）；
- 协同多区域资源，基于协同放大产品声量为原则，为各类事件、营销内容制定和规划执行效果目标，与核心业务指标关联，对产品的内容声量、传播效率、用户转化效率负责；
- 参与监修审核推进工作，推进市场提案审核 & 监修SOP流程落地，积极配合IP方审核要求及QA工作，确保产品从首曝、预热、上线到长线运营各阶段目标对齐与高效交付。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上游戏海外营销或市场行业工作经验， 有手游产品全周期发行经验，有东南亚港澳台市场营销经验者优先；
- 对游戏行业熟悉且充满热情、重度RPG品类/开放世界品类游戏爱好者优先；市场触觉敏锐，喜欢创意，能够快速抓住游戏用户偏好，对游戏内容生态有较深理解；
- 优秀的抗压能力，能够在高强度工作环境中保持高效工作；
- 出色的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够与不同背景的团队成员有效合作；具备良好的沟通协调能力和执行落地能力，善于多线程、跨团队的沟通协作；
- 可用日文及英文作为主要工作语言，配合监修审核及营销本地化工作推进。
