## Job description

### 系统规划与产品设计
- 主导电商 OMS 核心中台系统（订单管理、库存管理、履约配送、售后管理等）的整体产品规划与落地建设，结合业务现状与增长目标，设计高效稳定的产品体系，推动系统能力持续升级；

### 业务需求挖掘与分析
- 深耕供应链履约核心场景，涵盖订单履约、发票管理、财务对账、售后管理、库存管理等领域，能独立开展业务调研与需求挖掘，精准拆解业务诉求，输出清晰可执行的产品解决方案，有效支撑业务增长；

### 全流程产品负责
- 对产品全生命周期负责，贯通需求分析、功能定义、原型设计、项目推进到上线迭代的完整链路，确保每个版本按质按期交付，产品价值真正落地、效果可衡量；
- 该岗位签约主体为云智。 Requirements 1.

### 教育背景

本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、电子信息等相关专业优先； 2.3 年以上电商平台或 toB 产品工作经验，以下背景者优先：； 3.熟悉电商供应链产品体系，具备履约端到端全流程的产品设计经验； 4.深度理解 OMS 系统的业务流程与功能架构，对订单管理、库存管理、履约配送等模块有直接参与设计或优化的实战经验； 5.有 0→1 建设 OMS中台系统的完整经历，落地案例优先； 6.具备高度的责任心，良好的自驱力和抗压能力，逻辑清晰，能快速定位核心问题，擅长处理复杂业务场景，善于在信息不全的情况下快速推进落地； 7.具备优秀的跨团队沟通与推动能力，以结果为导向，推动项目在复杂协作环境中按期落地。
