## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责采购业务全流程的梳理、设计与持续优化，推动流程标准化与线上化，提升采购效率与合规性；
- 负责流程系统方案优化，结合采购流程优化方向诊断现有系统的痛点与瓶颈，输出系统优化方案并推动落地；
- 负责流程日常运营监控，深入一线业务为采购商务、供应链等岗位的日常流程问题提供解决与指导，建立流程运营监控机制，及时、准确地反馈运营情况；
- 负责采购风险管理，根据风险指标推动执行落地，承接并落实外部监管团队对采购商务的合规要求，建立风险预警与闭环管理机制。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上工作经验，具备咨询公司或大型企业流程管理、数字化转型相关背景者优先；
- 具备数据分析与结构化呈现的能力，熟练运用 Excel、PPT、SQL 等工具，能够基于数据洞察定位问题、支撑决策，产出结构化报告，向管理层清晰传递观点、结论与建议；
- 具备结构化思考与解决问题的能力，能够对复杂业务问题进行清晰的问题定义、假设驱动拆解与优先级判断；
- 掌握项目管理方法，具备良好的组织协调与跨部门沟通能力，交付标准严谨、注重细节与质量；
- 高度自驱，善于组织调动资源，主动解决新问题，具备良好的压力管理能力与团队合作精神。
