## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责企业微信智能表格公式计算引擎的架构设计、性能优化，为用户提供高性能的实时计算服务；
- 负责计算引擎的架构调优、分布式执行、编译优化、数据结构优化、查询优化、函数优化等一系列深度性能优化，深入了解用户需求，快速解决用户痛点；
- 负责数据库业界前沿的技术探索和落地。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，有算法调优和数据库研发经验优先；
- 具备优秀的系统架构设计能力，深入理解系统技术细节，善于专研，善于解决疑难问题；
- 深入参与过大数据系统的开发，对大数据处理架构有较深入认知者优先；
- 有编程语言底层运行性能优化经验者优先；
- 有OLAP数据库内核开发经验者优先。
