## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 依据原画完成美型/BJD风格脸型高中低模与贴图制作，精准把控五官比例、轮廓精致度与肤质质感，符合项目商业化品质标准；
- 负责脸型资源导入Unreal引擎后的材质调试、贴图细化与引擎内效果验收，确保实时渲染表现达标；
- 对接外包脸型制作，输出清晰修改意见，把控进度与品质落地；
- 负责版本脸型缺陷验收与整改，提供美术优化方案。 Requirements
- 熟练使用Unreal引擎，精通MAYA/MAX、ZBrush、SP、MD等工具，掌握PBR全流程；
- 专精BJD风格/美型脸型雕刻 ，擅长精致五官、轮廓线条与娃娃感质感表达，有成熟脸型作品集优先；
- 具备外包管理与品质验收经验，能高效推进落地、带教协同；
- 深刻理解人体面部结构与比例，精准还原原画特征，有二次设计与审美升级意识；
- 审美突出、正直高效，热爱游戏，有FPS/和平精英体验经历优先；
- 沟通逻辑清晰，团队融入快，热衷技术研究与新风格落地。
